Why do I need to Dry Brush?
Dry brushing helps stimulate a healthy lymphatic system. This is key for weight loss, energy, hormonal imbalances, joint health, and vitality. People who suffer from autoimmune diseases, joint pain & have trouble losing weight should dry brush. You are flushing out and repairing your gut with the drinks. Dry brush to flush out your lymphatic system. When your lymph nodes become backed up, it makes it hard for them to remove toxins. When they are backed up, they will accumulate in the fatty tissue, making it hard to lose weight. This can also contribute to joint pain and can stimulate an autoimmune reaction. 
Your lymph glands produce lymph which is a type of fluid that is designed to help remove toxins around the joints, breasts, prostate, & other organs & glands.
When do I Dry Brush?
The best time to dry brush is in the morning. Dry Brush, jump in the shower, & then drink water with fresh squeezed lemon in it. This helps open up your liver and will help with the detox & weight loss process. You can also dry brush before jumping in a hot Epsom Salt Bath. Always start from your feet and brush towards your heart.
Why are Epsom Salt Baths important?
HOT Epsom baths aren't just great for relaxation. This amazing bath helps the detoxification process, relieves muscle & joint pain. Let your body sweat. 
Make sure to drink plenty of water while in bath, before, and/or after. We suggest to dry brush then jump in Epsom Salt Bath to pull out all the build up toxins. 
This can also jump start weight loss.

Epsom salt can also be used as a laxative when taken orally with water. 
We do not advice or suggest while on a Flush Cleanse.
Can I workout while on Flush Cleanse?
Trust your body. If you feel good, go for it. We have had people continue workouts and had no issues. We have had a few mentioned they felt light headed. Trust what your body tells you. Go lighter on weights IF you continue to lift. Try yoga, Pilates, or stretching. 

SWEAT!!! If you have access to an infrared sauna. Try it out.
How much water should I drink?
In retrospect, you want to drink water routinely regardless of being on or off a cleanse. The recommended suggestion is 1 fl oz per body weight.
If you are not a big water drinker, start with at least a gallon!
What can't I have while on cleanse?
You are cleansing and restarting your gut and metabolism. 
Keep that in mind when wanting to reach for your avoided items below!
